By compiling our pages in your browser cache or pinning our Progressive Web Apps (PWA), you agree to our fair-use and client-side processing structures.
1. Licensed Fair-Use Agreement
Pari Tool provides access to 35+ PDF documents, image resizing, text converters, and financial calculator utilities completely free of cost.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use the tools for private, commercial, personal, or educational objectives.
- There is no fee, subscription lock, or registration requirement.
- You must not deploy automatic scraper systems or bot scripts that attempt to copy our front-end assets or host our local Javascript codes in wrapper frameworks without explicit written consent.
2. Data Responsibility and Device Capacity
Because all processing happens 100% locally on your computer / smartphone CPU and RAM resources, you hold full custodianship over your files. Pari Tool does not possess or hold any access pathways to recover documents you edit. If you refresh the page or flush your browser memory cache before downloading a processed file, your progress will be lost. We are not liable for any such device memory failures.
3. No Warranty Disclaimers
Pari Tool is published "As-Is" and "As-Available" without express or implied warranties. While our client compilation algorithms undergo severe tests for speed and compatibility, we do not guarantee error-free performance for every corrupted file or historical document array you feed into the system.
