Welcome to Pari Tool. By accessing our website, compiling our scripts in your browser cache, or pinning our Progressive Web Apps (PWA), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Licensing
Pari Tool (accessible at www.paritool.com) provides access to a comprehensive suite of 35+ web utilities, including PDF document modifiers, image resizing algorithms, text converters, QR code generators, and financial calculators.
By utilizing these tools, you agree to these Terms of Service without modification. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and highly limited license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You are permitted to use the tools for private, commercial, personal, or educational objectives entirely free of cost. There is no fee, subscription lock, or registration requirement imposed by Pari Tool.
2. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
As a user of Pari Tool, you agree to utilize our platform responsibly and ethically. Our infrastructure is designed to be lightweight and accessible to everyone, and maintaining this requires community cooperation. You specifically agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Automated Scraping: You must not deploy automated scraper systems, bot networks, spiders, or macro scripts that attempt to mass-download our front-end assets, reverse-engineer our WebAssembly codes, or overwhelm our server bandwidth.
- Malicious Files: While files are processed locally, you must not use our platform to knowingly compress, hide, encrypt, or obfuscate malware, ransomware, or illegal content.
- Iframe Embedding: You may not host our local JavaScript codes in unauthorized iframe wrapper frameworks or third-party commercial applications without explicit, written legal consent from the Pari Tool administrative team.
- Illegal Activities: You must not use our document generators (like the Tax Invoice or Quotation tools) to commit financial fraud, forge official documents, or deceive third parties.
3. Data Responsibility and Device Capacity
The defining technological feature of Pari Tool is its strictly client-side processing architecture. Because all file processing, image compression, and PDF merging happens 100% locally utilizing your computer or smartphone's CPU and RAM resources, you hold full and exclusive custodianship over your files.
Pari Tool does not possess, transmit, or hold any access pathways to recover documents you edit. We cannot "restore" a deleted file or a lost session. If your browser crashes during a heavy 100MB PDF merge, or if you accidentally refresh the page or flush your browser memory cache before downloading the final processed file, your progress will be permanently lost.
You agree that Pari Tool is not liable for any data loss, hardware overheating, browser crashes, or memory failures that occur on your local device while executing our intensive script algorithms. It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the necessary hardware requirements for heavy file processing.
4. Third-Party Advertising and External Links
To keep the service completely free for millions of users, Pari Tool displays third-party advertisements primarily served by the Google AdSense network. We do not endorse the specific products, services, or software advertised in these dynamic banners.
Your interactions with advertisers found on or through Pari Tool, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that Pari Tool shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on our platform.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties
Pari Tool, including all its utilities, calculators, and content, is published strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.
While our client compilation algorithms undergo severe tests for speed, security, and cross-browser compatibility, we do not and cannot guarantee entirely error-free performance. We do not guarantee that our PDF tools will flawlessly parse every corrupted, encrypted, or legacy document format you feed into the system. We do not guarantee that the financial tools will account for every localized tax law variation. You use the tools entirely at your own calculated risk.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pari Tool, its founders, developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pari Tool and its employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of any term of these Terms of Service or your violation of any third-party rights (such as copyright infringement caused by tools you upload).
